It was a great privilege to have been booked to capture Wedding Photography for the Naomi & Dave!
I met with Naomi and Dave in advance to grasp their vision and preferences for the photography. This allowed me to customize my approach to capture their love story authentically, reflecting their unique personalities and style. I arrived at the charming Hogarths Hotel in Solihull, Birmingham, and engaged with both the Bride and Groom individually. I began by capturing moments of the bride getting ready with her family, then swiftly moved to photograph the Groom, his sons, and his best man. Prior to the ceremony, I documented various aspects of their wedding breakfast room. The ceremony itself was incredibly beautiful, and I focused on capturing those special, intimate moments discreetly. Following the ceremony, guests congratulated the newlyweds, and I cherished capturing the natural interactions as the two families merged. I allowed the Bride and Groom to enjoy some private time with their guests before heading outside for the lovely confetti shots. I then organized group photos with different family members alongside the newlyweds. Providing the couple with their own moments is always essential, and I find it incredibly romantic. Despite the lack of sunshine on the wedding day, the magic of editing truly worked wonders!
